Service Provision

1. Transgender Massage in Bangkok provides professional massage service for health and relaxation, strictly excluding any activities that are unlawful or inappropriate.
2. Customers can book a delivery massage service, where our therapists will travel to hotels, condominiums, or private residences for the session.
3. Customers may schedule an appointment in advance through phone, Line, WhatsApp, or other designated booking channels.
4. Once a booking is confirmed, our therapist requires a minimum of 30 minutes for travel before arriving at the service location.
5. A travel fee applies based on the distance, starting at 100 THB. Customers may inquire about the exact travel fee before confirming their booking.
6. Customer must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Booking and Payment

1. Customers can book a session through phone, Line, WhatsApp, or other online channels.
2. Once a booking is placed, customers must wait for confirmation from our staff before the appointment is finalized.
3. Payments can be made via cash or QR Code.
4. For cash payments, customers are required to make the payment to the therapist before the start of the session.
5. The prices displayed on our website or advertisements are final and inclusive of all charges, except for the travel fee, which depends on the distance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Customers may cancel their booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any cancellation fee.
2. If a cancellation is  made less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.
3. If our therapist is unable tp provide the service, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the appointment. 

Disclaimer

1. We strictly provide massage services for health and relaxion purposes only.
2. If a customer engages in inappropriate behavior, such as requesting services that violate our policies, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately without a refund.
3. Customers with pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns should consult a doctor before using our services.
